The Board of the Company announces that all resolutions proposed at the
Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 2nd November
2012 were duly passed. For the avoidance of doubt, it should be noted
that the power to purchase shares in the market in Resolution 11 lasts
until the AGM in 2013.
