Webb that following an acquisition of ordinary shares of the Company of 0.1 pence (“Ordinary Shares”), Mr Webb is the beneficial holder of a total of 43,775,979 Ordinary Shares, equating to approximately 6.01% of the Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company has a total of 727,409,600 Ordinary Shares in issue with each carrying the right to one vote.
