Webb that following an acquisition of ordinary shares of the Company of 0.1 pence (“Ordinary Shares”) in the placing announced on 20 December 2011, Mr Webb is the beneficial holder of a total of 19,283,328 Ordinary Shares, equating to approximately 3.01% of the Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company has a total of 639,806,081 Ordinary Shares in issue with each carrying the right to one vote.
