ECO Animal Health Group plc announces the publication of its Notice of Annual General Meeting (the “AGM Notice”) and Form of Proxy for the 2019 Annual General Meeting on The Company’s website:

The Company’s 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of N + 1 Singer, One Bartholomew Lane, London, EC2N 2AX on Thursday 19^th September at 2pm.
