Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today by Marc Loomes, a Director of the Company, of the sale of 200,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) granted under ECO’s Joint Share Ownership Plan (the “JSOP”). The Ordinary Shares were sold yesterday at a price of £3.00 per Ordinary Share with Marc Loomes benefitting from the value per Ordinary Share above £1.94. Following the sale Marc Loomes will hold 331,110 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.5 per cent. of the Company.
