Smelting Production Resumed at Pakrut

China Nonferrous Gold Limited 中 (AIM: CNG), the mineral exploration and mining company currently mining the Pakrut gold project in the Republic of Tajikistan, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of 16 March 2023 (the “Announcement”), the road to the mine site has been repaired and is now open, and the smelting plant has resumed production. Accordingly, normal operations have now resumed at site.

As set out the Announcement, the Directors believe that notwithstanding this interruption the Company will be able to recover annual gold production to similar levels to last year.
