HKEx Listing Update

China Nonferrous Gold Limited (AIM: CNG), the mineral exploration and development company currently developing the Pakrut gold project in the Republic of Tajikistan (the “Project”), announces that The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEx”) has today published a Return Decision, noting that the HKEx has not accepted the Company’s initial application for a proposed listing on the HKEx dated 30 June 2014 (“Listing Application”). This is primarily due to the fact that the independent technical report submitted as part of the Listing Application was not updated to a date as required by the HKEx’s listing rules. The Company intends to reapply to the HKEx as soon as practicable in line with regulatory timetables and will provide an update in due course.
