Share Repurchase Programme

Centrica plc announces that on 31 October 2014, it purchased (through Goldman Sachs International) 1,100,000 (one million one hundred thousand) Centrica plc ordinary shares at an average price of 302.3058 pence per share. The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares were 303.40 pence and 301.20 pence respectively.

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. As at the date of this announcement, Centrica plc holds 71,955,276 ordinary shares in treasury and has 4,973,635,202 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
