Share Repurchase Programme

Centrica plc announces that on 27 November 2013, it purchased (through Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited) 1,100,000 (one million, one hundred thousand) Centrica plc ordinary shares at an average price of 340.57 pence per share. The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares were 341.50 pence and 339.70 pence respectively.

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. As at the date of this announcement, Centrica plc holds 99,834,889 ordinary shares in treasury and has 5,100,094,803 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
