Centrica plc (“the Company”) received notice on 7 June 2010 (under the obligations imposed by Section 5 of the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules), that on 2 June 2010, INVESCO Limited had a notifiable interest in 259,086,085 ordinary shares of 6^14/81 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 5.03% of the Company’s issued share capital.
