Acquisition of ordinary shares of 6^14/81 pence (‘Shares’)

On 25 April 2016, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:

• Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 859 Shares at a price of 231.40 pence per Share;
• Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 905 Shares at a price of 231.40 pence per Share; and
• Steve Pusey, a Director of the Company, purchased 892 Shares at a price of 231.40 pence per Share.

The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 25 April 2016.

This announcement is made following notification under Disclosure Rule 3.1.2.
