On 21 March 2014, options were granted at an option price of 256.03p per Share to

Jill Shedden under the terms of the Centrica Sharesave Scheme.

Jill Shedden was granted an option over 5,858 Shares which will be exercisable between

1 June 2019 and 30 November 2019.
