Director Shareholdings

Acquisition of Shares

On 25 February 2014, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:

• Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 794 Shares at a price of 318.80 pence per Share;
• Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 444 Shares at a price of 318.80 pence per Share; and
• Lesley Knox, a Director of the Company, purchased 584 Shares at a price of 318.80 pence per Share.

Remaining Shareholdings

Following the above transactions, the aggregate Shares held beneficially (across all accounts) in respect of the relevant Director or PDMR are as follows:

Margherita Della Valle:	Â	8,811 Shares
Ian Meakins:		7,158 Shares
Lesley Knox:		6,353 Shares

The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 25 February 2014.
