On 27 November 2009, Chris Weston, a Director of the Company, exercised Sharesave options over 4,412 Centrica plc Ordinary 6¹⁴/₈₁ pence shares at an option price of 211.87p per share. His total interest in shares following this transaction is 421,610 shares (0.008% of the issued share capital).
