Dublin, London, 25 May 2010: C&C Group plc (‘C&C’ or the 'Group’), a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded beverages in Ireland and the UK, today announces the scrip dividend timetable for the final dividend payable in respect of the year ended 28 February 2010. The dividend is subject to approval at the AGM on 5^th August:

Posting of election and mandate forms to shareholders:		14 June 2010
Return date for receipt of election and mandate forms for the scrip dividend for the interim dividend and future dividends		23 July 2010
AGM Date		5 August 2010

Last date by which CREST entitlement statements and new ordinary share certificates will be posted and shareholder accounts credited:		1 September 2010
