New Accounting Ref Date

The Directors of Byotrol, the anti-microbial technology company, announce that
the Company has changed its accounting reference date from 30 June to 31 March.
Accordingly, the first set of results for Byotrol, whose shares were admitted to
trading on the AIM Market on 6 July 2005, will be from 17th May 2005 to 30th
September 2005 and announced in early December 2005.
