Awards under share-based incentive plans

Certain Amlin executive Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (“PDMRs”) were granted on 4 March 2015 awards under the Company’s Performance Share Plan 2014 (“PSP”) entitling them to acquire the numbers of Amlin ordinary shares (“Shares”) set out below. Options granted under the PSP do not have an exercise price. Conditional awards of shares granted under the PSP are at no cost.

Depending on the extent to which performance conditions are satisfied, and subject to continuing employment in the Amlin Group, the PSP awards will normally be exercisable between March 2020 and September 2023.
