Board confirmation

Amlin confirms that Tony Holt retired as an executive director of Amlin, and from all his other Board positions within the Amlin group, on 31 December 2008.

As previously envisaged, he has today been re-appointed to Amlin’s Board as a non-executive director (non-independent). He has also today been re-appointed, in a non-executive capacity, as a director of the two main operating subsidiaries, Amlin Underwriting Limited and Amlin Bermuda Ltd.
