ARC International was notified on 16 March 2007 that AXA S.A. and its Group
Companies is the beneficial owner of 13,510,665 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence
each in the Company, equivalent to 8.92% of the Company's issued share capital
and total voting rights.

This disclosure is made pursuant to the obligations laid down in Section DTR5 of
