                    Notification of Major Interests in Shares

ARC International announces that it was notified on 22 February 2007 that Aviva
Plc, together with certain of its subsidiaries, is the beneficial owner of
10,815,645 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary
Shares"), equivalent to 7.15% of the Company's issued share capital and voting
rights.

This notifiable interest comprises a direct holding of 4,570,751 Ordinary Shares
(3.02%) and an indirect holding of 6,244,894 Ordinary Shares (4.13%).

This disclosure is made pursuant to the obligations laid down in Section DTR5 of
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
