Notification of Interest(s) in Shares

The Company received a notification today from AXA Investment Managers UK
Limited on behalf of AXA S.A. and its Group Companies, informing it that as at
29 November 2004 they had a beneficial interest in 25,768,389 ordinary shares
representing 17.809% of the 144,692,051 issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
