The Company received a notification today from Fidelity Investments
International on behalf of Fidelity International Limited and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries. The notifiable interest also comprise the notifiable
interest of Mr. Edward C. Johnson 3d a principal shareholder of Fidelity
International Limited, informing it that they have an non-beneficial holding of
21,228,201 shares representing 14.07% of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company
