ARC International was notified on 5 April 2007 that Gartmore Investment Limited
is the beneficial owner of 18,254,746 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the
Company, equivalent to 12.00% of the Company's issued share capital and total
voting rights.

This disclosure is made pursuant to the obligations laid down in Section DTR5 of
