ARC International PLC (the "Company")
Notification of Change in Shareholding
The Company received a notification today from Jason Tenencia S.L. informing it
that having acquired 22,113,950 shares of 0.1p each from RISC Capital BV, it has
now disposed of 6,181,093 shares and accordingly now holds 15,932,857 shares
representing 10.6% of the company's issued share capital.
