The Company received a notification today from INVESCO English and International
Trust plc informing it that following a purchase of 50,000 shares on 29
September 2004 they have a beneficial interest in 4,385,969 ordinary shares
representing 3.03% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company
1 October 2004
