Notification under section 198 Companies Act 1985

The Company received a notification today from JO Hambro Capital Management
Group acting as Investment Advisor to The Trident European Fund, informing it
that following a sale of 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 17
September 2003 The Trident European Fund has an interest in 6,000,000 shares
representing 4.17% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
