The Company received a notification today from JO Hambro Capital
Management Group Limited, on behalf of The Trident European Fund,
informing it that following a purchase of 250,000 shares on 13 June
2003, they now have an interest in 6,500,000 ordinary shares
representing 4.52% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
