The Company received a notification today from New Star Asset
Management Limited on behalf of it's client, New Star Hedge Fund
Limited, informing it that following a transaction on16 May 2003, they
have an interest in 15,816,600 ordinary shares representing 5.2% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
New Star does not hold any shares beneficially, but holds them as an
investment manager acting on behalf of such discretionary clients.
