The Company received a notification yesterday 20 February 2003 from
HSBC Bank plc, informing them that following a transaction on 18
February 2002, they had an interest in 11,563,994 ordinary shares
representing 3.85% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company. Subsequently, due to a transaction on 19 February 2003, they
no longer have a notifiable interest in the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
