that the New Star Hedge Fund Limited is interested in 28,166,600 ordinary shares representing 9.45% of the
Company's issued share capital.

New Star Asset Management Limited has an aggregate non beneficial interest in 36,154,013 ordinary shares
representing 12.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.
