Notification of director's resignation by rotation

The board of ARC International plc ( "the Company") announces that Jeremy San
OBE, who is resigning by rotation at the Annual General Meeting, will not be
offering himself for re-election as a director of the Company.

Peter van Cuylenburg, Chairman, said:

"Jez founded the Company and ARC International has been fortunate to have the
benefit of his valuable experience in the technology industry. The board would
like to thank him for his contribution and wishes him well in pursuing his other
interests."
