ARC International plc ("the Company")

A notice has today been received that Peter van Cuylenburg sold 50,000 Ordinary
Shares on 21 September, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital, at a
price of 33p, to cover the taxes due on the exercise of options on 15 September
2006.

Following this disposal, Peter van Cuylenburg, now holds 912,500 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.609% of the issued share capital and has options over 312,500
Ordinary Shares representing 0.208% of the issued share capital.
