City of London Investment Group (LSE: CLIG), is an active, alpha-driven global asset management group with more than three decades of experience.   We announce that Deepranjan Agrawal, a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), has been awarded 44,146 Restricted Share Awards under the Group’s Employee Incentive Plan (EIP), comprising 22,073 Deferred Shares awarded at £4.825 per share and 22,073 matching Bonus Shares awarded at nil cost.

Following the Award, Mr. Agrawal’s beneficial interest in the Company is 173,049 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.3% of the Company’s issued share capital.
