A group of bondholders holding more than two-thirds of the bonds
issued by the Company (the Ad Hoc Group) have been in discussions
with the Company with the aim of implementing a restructuring
proposal. The terms of the Counter Proposal were announced on 10 June
2009 (the Counter Proposal) as part of the Summons to Bondholders'
Meetings.

In relation to the Counter Proposal, the Ad Hoc Group, together with
their advisors, will hold a conference call for the benefit of all
bondholders. The Ad Hoc Group will present the key terms of the
Counter Proposal and provide the Bondholders with an opportunity to
ask questions.
