Completion of Placing and Retail Offer to raise £8.75m

Directors’ Shareholdings

Verici Dx Plc, (AIM: VRCI), a developer of advanced clinical diagnostics for organ transplant, is pleased to confirm that following the passing of the Resolutions at the Shareholders’ General Meeting on Tuesday 27 October 2026, 2,691,999,983 new Ordinary Shares have been admitted to trading on AIM. The Company has raised total gross proceeds of £8.75m (net proceeds of £8.13m) through the Placing and WRAP Retail Offer.

As previously announced, Julian Baines and Sara Barrington, both directors of the Company, participated in the Placing. Following Admission of the Conditional Placing Shares their shareholdings are as set out below:
