Dividend Declaration

The Company announces an interim dividend of 1.5p per share in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2018, the same level as the dividend paid in respect of the same period last year.  The whole of the dividend will be designated as an interim property income distribution.  This dividend will be paid on 22 February 2019 to shareholders on the register as at 8 February 2019.  The ex-dividend date will be 7 February 2019. 

The Board is targeting fully covered aggregate quarterly dividends of at least 6.0p per share in respect of the year ending 30 September 2019*. At the current share price of 94.5p this would represent an annualised dividend yield of 6.3%.
