                               Agreement with O2


ukbetting plc (UKB), the online content and gaming business, is pleased to
announce that its sports content provider, TEAMtalk Media, has signed a partner
agreement with network operator O2 to build a community of football fans via
their mobile phones.

'Football365 Chat', to be launched just ahead of the World Cup, will offer fans
a 24-hour, monitored forum in which to discuss the latest football action, win
prizes and chat with football celebrities.  It will form the centrepiece of '
Football365 in Germany', a mobile site built by TEAMtalk Media on behalf of O2
to provide its customers with full tournament coverage on O2 Active.

Alex Woodhams, Head of Sports & Gambling at O2, said:

'I felt the strength of the Football365 brand and the unique nature of their
content would offer the perfect scenario to develop a community around our
football content.  It can only serve to encourage the fans to create their own
content and meet fellow, or rival, supporters on their mobile.'

Peter Dubens, Chairman of ukbetting plc, commented:

'I'm delighted that we have signed this agreement with 02.  This is our first
partnership agreement to provide mobile chat.  It will be launched ahead of the
World Cup and we expect it to be very popular.'

ukbetting is also partnering with three other mobile network operators this
summer.  It has signed an agreement for its range of Football365 wallpapers,
news bulletin video clips, animations and 'terrace chant' realtones to be
offered by Orange and T-Mobile customers. ukbetting this week also launches '
Football365 in Germany' on 3, where it will host and publish 3's tournament news
coverage plus offer its full range of fun downloads.
