Further re. Capital Reconstruction
The board of Emess announces that the hearing at the High Court of Justice to
approve the reduction of capital took place today. The Registrar is now
considering the evidence put before him and is expected to deliver his judgement
before the end of the month.
In accordance with their terms, Election Notices which have already been
submitted will remain valid.
The period for preference shareholders wishing to elect for the once-and-for-all
conversion of their preference shares at the conversion ratio of three ordinary
shares for each preference share will expire at 3.00 pm on the business day
following the approval by the Court of the reduction of capital (if given).
Preference shareholders who have lost their Election Notice can obtain a
