Amendments to the Series 2022-1 Class 3AR Notes
On or about 20 November 2023, the Issuer expects to amend the terms of the Series 2022-1 Class 3AR Notes in order to (i) change the Step-Up Date from October 2029 to April 2031 and (ii) the Optional Redemption Date from 'each Interest Payment Date on or after the Interest Payment Date in October 2029' to 'each Interest Payment Date on or after the Interest Payment Date in April 2031'.
