TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

 

 

Boku (AIM: BOKU), a leading provider of mobile payment solutions, announces that on 8 August 2023 it purchased, through Peel Hunt LLP, 250,000 common stock of $0.0001 each in the Company ("Common Stock") on the London Stock Exchange (the "Repurchased Shares"), pursuant to the share buyback programme (the "Buyback Programme") that was announced on 8 June 2023. The Repurchased Shares will be held in treasury.

Total Voting Rights

 

Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 299,448,024 Common Stock, of which 2,359,148 Common Stock are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 297,088,876. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
