The Company announces that James Dickson, Chairman, has informed the Company that he has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), through his nominee account, at an average price of 134 pence per Ordinary Share on 28 of February 2020.
Following this purchase, Mr Dickson is interested in 5,009,981 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 17.3% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
