Secure Income REIT Plc (AIM: SIR), the specialist long term income REIT, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, containing the results for the year ended 31 December 2018 that were announced on 6 March 2019 and the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), has been posted to shareholders today and is available in the Investor Centre on the Company's website at www.SecureIncomeREIT.co.uk 

 

The AGM of the Company will be held at Cavendish House, 18 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0PJ at 9.30am on Thursday 23 May 2019.

The Company's Board is chaired by Martin Moore together with three further independent Directors: Leslie Ferrar, Jonathan Lane and Ian Marcus, as well as three members of the Prestbury Team: Nick Leslau, Mike Brown and Sandy Gumm.

 

The Company is a UK REIT which floated on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in June 2014.
