CHANGE IN HOLDING - CEASING TO BE A Significant Shareholder
Metminco Limited (the Company) (ASX: MNC; AIM: MNC) advises that today it received notice from Lanstead Capital L.P. (Lanstead) that it has increased its shareholding in the Company from 10,285,190 ordinary shares representing 7.03% of the Company's issued share capital as at 28 March 2018 of 146,280,344 ordinary fully paid shares to 12,737,342 ordinary shares representing 1.51% of the Company's current issued capital of 843,814,388 ordinary fully paid shares. Lanstead is no longer considered to be a Significant Shareholder of the Company.
Lanstead sold 250,000 ordinary shares at A$0.01 per share on 19 April 2018 and acquired 2,702,152 ordinary shares at a price of A$0.008 per share on 30 April 2018 to settle outstanding fees relating to a financing agreement dated on or about November 2016.
