Exercise of Options
and Director/PDMR Shareholding
Kape (AIM: KAPE), the digital security and privacy software business, was notified on 28 April 2021 that Ido Erlichman, Chief Executive Officer, and Moran Laufer, Chief Financial Officer, had each exercised certain of the options in the Company held by them.
Mr Erlichman exercised a total of 1,200,000 options
utilizing the net cashless exercise feature. Therefore
Mr Erlichman
has surrendered 516,690 ordinary shares to the Company in respect of this exercise of options and 683,310 ordinary shares in the Company will be issued to
Mr Erlichman.
Mr Laufer exercised a total of 550,000 options
utilizing the net cashless exercise feature. Therefore
Mr Laufer
has surrendered
239,478 ordinary
shares to the Company in respect of this exercise of options and 310,522 ordinary shares in the Company will be issued to
Mr Laufer.
Following the above transactions, set out in further detail in the tables below, Mr Erlichman now holds 400,000 options and 723,310 ordinary shares, representing 0.32% of the current share capital of the Company. Mr Laufer now holds 200,000 options and 401,189 ordinary shares, representing 0.18% of the current share capital of the Company.
