Kape Technologies plc (AIM: KAPE), the digital security and privacy software business, announces the appointment of Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited ('Stifel') as Joint Broker with immediate effect.
Stifel
will work
alongside Shore Capital, the Company's existing nominated adviser and corporate broker, to help broaden Kape's investor base across both Europe and North America.
