Reference is made to the prospectus dated 29 May 2007 with respect to the issue of the Notes (the Prospectus).  Capitalised terms used but not defined in this notice shall have the meanings given to them in the Prospectus.


Reference is made to the loan referred to as the "EHE Pool 1A Reference Obligation" in the Prospectus.


Itzehoe property sale


The Special Servicer has notified the Issuer that the sale of the Itzehoe property completed on 29 March 2018 and that the net sale proceeds have been received by the Special Servicer. The property sold for a gross sale price of EUR 11 million.



The Special Servicer has notified the Issuer that the net sale proceeds after the deduction of  relevant, cost, fees and expenses  will be distributed to the cash manager on the occurrence of the next Interest Payment Date in April 2018 (as defined in the EHE Pool 1A Reference Credit Agreement (as amended from time to time)
