Notice of 2026 AGM
Zinnwald Lithium plc, the German focused lithium development company, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 22A St James's Square, London, SW1Y 4JH on 10 June 2026 at 11.00 a.m.
The formal business of the AGM will only be to consider and vote upon the resolutions set out in the notice of meeting. The resolutions proposed at this AGM relate solely to matters in the ordinary course of business and are of a similar nature to those proposed at previous AGMs. The formal business of the AGM will not deal with any matters pertaining to the offer for the Company by AMG Critical Minerals N.V., details of which were announced on 14 May 2026.
A copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statement for the year ended 31 December 2025 is available for download at the Company's dedicated investor relations platform: https://investors.zinnwaldlithium.com/documents.
Documents will be posted to registered shareholders who have requested hard copy documents and also to shareholders who have joined the register since the last notice of AGM.
