New £3m Revolving Credit Facility and further £1m of new business secured for FY26
Zinc Media Group plc (AIM: ZIN), the award-winning television, brand and audio production group, is pleased to announce that it has signed terms with Lloyds Bank plc for a new £3.0 million revolving credit facility (the "Facility").
The Facility has a three-year term and includes an option, subject to lender approval, to increase the Facility by a further £2.0 million. It will further strengthen the company's balance sheet and provide flexibility to support the Group's ambitious growth strategy and short-term working capital requirements.
In addition, the Group is pleased to announce it has secured a further £1m of new business since the last update on 21st May, which includes the recommission of the BBC ONE series Sunday Morning Live, which is returning for its 17th season.
Laura McGaughey, CFO of Zinc Media Group, said:
"This RCF and returning series recommission further demonstrate Zinc's forward momentum and strong performance. We're delighted to have agreed terms with Lloyds Bank plc as our partner for this important facility, providing us with greater flexibility to manage working capital across our portfolio of labels and revenue streams. As we look at international opportunities, particularly in the US and Middle East, and also continue to diversify across platforms, having access to a flexible facility will enable us to manage our working capital needs in step with our ambitious growth plans".
