Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification today from Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc, on
behalf of itself and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Ltd, and certain holding
companies, informing it that they have an overall aggregate interest in
7,168,362 shares representing 11.849% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
