Result of Annual General Meeting

Woodbois Limited (AIM:WBI), the Africa-focused forestry, timber trading and afforestation company, announces that at its 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were passed on a poll.

The following table shows the poll results of the AGM:
